This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how G4AL Entertainment S.L. (“G4AL”, “we”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, processes your personal data when you use or interact with our Games (“Game” or “Games”).

The data controller is the entity that decides the purpose for which your personal data is used. What data is processed at G4AL Entertainment S.L.?
Personal data (“Data”) refers to any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. The personal data processed by G4AL Entertainment S.L. comes from the information that you, as a User, provide when filling out forms in the Game(s), browsing the Game(s), registering for our programs, making purchases, or sending us inquiries. Additionally, if you choose to create a Wallet through GFAL ID, it provides us with your Wallet Address and your email address.
In each form, G4AL Entertainment S.L. indicates mandatory contact information with an asterisk. Data not marked as mandatory is completely optional. Please note that if you do not provide mandatory information, we may not be able to respond to your inquiry or manage the processing. Specifically, we process your email address (communication data) and IP address (navigation data).
Legal Framework and Purpose of Processing
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we inform you that the personal data you submit via forms will be processed by G4AL Entertainment S.L., located in Spain, as the data controller.
